How are the picnics priced?

Total Price for set up and take down ฿5000. This is a standard set up price for 1-4 people.

For more than 4 people, it’s an additional ฿500pp.

Drinks from the bar are charged separately.

Includes:

  • Full picnic set up and take down. Yours for 2 hours

  • Personalised blackboards for your celebration

  • Platter of cheese & biscuits | cold meats & bread | pickles | crudites & dip | popcorn or cookies for the number of adults in attendance

  • For weekend brunch picnics a platter of cheese and biscuits | fresh fruit | pastries | freshly brewed coffee & tea for the number of adults in attendance

  • Bluetooth speaker

Additional Services (not included in the price)

  • Fully stocked and chilled “Barrow Bar” with beer, wine, Prosecco and soft drinks drinks not included in set up price

  • Personalised birthday cake from Living Room Bakery (need 48 hours notice) - ฿1000-1500 depending on size and type (menu will be provided)

When do we pay?

Your final bill including any additional drinks from the Barrow Bar will be charged for at the end of your picnic and you can pay by cash or bank transfer via a private payment link.

What is the location of the picnic?

Mostly we set the picnics up at Beautiful Beach (or some call it Secret Beach) at Pra Ae, Ko Lanta because it really is a beautiful beach! However, if you’d like it on a different beach or even at your villa just get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

Can we bring children?

We welcome children to come along with you, but we don’t cater for children. Your booking is charged and catered for by the number of adults attending.

What happens if we need to cancel?

If you need to cancel or rearrange please try to give us at least 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel or rearrange please contact us directly.

What happens if the weather is bad?

With Ko Lanta being a tropical island, the weather can be unpredictable. If we think it’s going to rain we’ll give you as much advanced notice as possible and you will have the choice to reschedule if it works for you.
